Can I return my purchase? TOP

 

Merchandise that has been found to be defective or damaged will be replaced promptly. We will have the option to request  the defective/damaged items to be returned.

If for some reason you decide you no longer want your item purchased it may be returned. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returned for this reason.  You will need to  send an email  within 7 days of receiving  merchandise for a return authorization number. This authorization number must be displayed on the outside of your return parcel. All items must be returned in their original packing in order to protect item from being damaged in shipping. Original shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping fees will be at the customers expense.

We do not under any circumstances share any information with any third party. The information we collect at The Old Suitcase Company is used to process your order or to send tracking information about your order.Your privacy will be totally respected at our company.

What payments do you accept? TOP

We accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can make a payment using your credit card through PayPal.

How long will it take for me to receive my order if I live in Canada or USA?? TOP

Orders are processed within 3 days and are sent out via Canada Post. Orders within Canada should arrive within 5 business  days after being sent. Orders that are sent to USA - please allow 6-10 days business days for shipping. We can also arrange express shipping at your request. Insurance on your package is optional- but recommended.

Can I make a purchase if I have an International address? TOP

It would be our pleasure to have you shop at our boutique. You will just need to contact us to let us know what what you would like to purchase and we will provide you with the shipping information. Insurance for your package is optional- but recommended.

What other important shipping information should I know? TOP

Once your purchase has been shipped from The Old Suitcase Company we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit or for any package that is lost. If a claim needs to be made please contact the carrier and then contact us with the claim number. We will help you with the claim if necessary.
